This Technical Session was organised by PIARC Committee 4.1 on Pavements. It presented the work accomplished by the Committee on measures to reduce the carbon footprint of pavements. The collection of case studies was presented, along with a selection of those case studies. This session also presented the best articles identified through PIARC’s international call for papers on call topic 21.
